How to Repair a System32 Error

1. Insert the Windows 7 installation disc or Windows 7 repair disc into the computer's DVD drive.
2. Restart the computer and open the 'Advanced Boot Options' menu. To do so, press the 'F8' key repeatedly before the Windows 7 startup logo appears on the monitor.

3. Use the directional arrow keys to select the option 'Repair your computer.' Press the 'Enter' key and follow the onscreen instructions until you arrive at the 'System Recovery Options' menu.
4. Click the option labeled 'Startup Repair' to fix the System32 error on the computer. After repairing, the computer will restart automatically. Press the 'F' key during startup, select the option labeled 'Start Windows Normally' and press the 'Enter' key to return the computer to normal operation.
