Virus Software
1. Start your Windows computer while tapping on the 'F8' key. Choose 'Safe Mode' from the computer screen's Boot Menu.
2. Click on your anti-spyware software application to launch it.

3. Run a 'Full Scan' of your computer.
4. Click the 'Delete' button on the anti-spyware program to delete the viruses from your computer.
5. Restart the computer.
System Restore
6. Start your Windows computer while tapping on the 'F8' key. Choose 'Safe Mode' from the computer screen's Boot Menu.
7. Click on the 'Start' menu. Click on the 'All Programs' option and then click on the 'Accessories' option.
8. Click the 'System Tools' option and then click on the 'System Restore' option.
9. Follow the prompts on the restore option until you come to a window where you can choose your restore point. Click on the restore point you want and click on the 'Restore' button.
10. Restart your computer after the computer has run the restore software.
