How to Solve a Win32 Error

1. Click 'Start,' 'All Programs' and then 'Windows Update.' Click 'Continue' if the User Account Control prompt appears. Click 'Check for Updates,' 'View available updates' and then 'Driver updates.'
2. Click each of the driver updates one at a time, and click 'Install.' Restart your system once you install the driver updates.

3. Click 'Start,' 'All Programs' and then 'Windows Defender.' Click the down arrow next to 'Scan,' and select 'Full Scan.' Allow the software to detect and repair possible infections that might be causing the Win32 error.
4. Click 'Start.' Type 'regedit' in the 'Search' field, and press 'Enter.' This opens the Registry Editor.
5. Navigate the following registry path on the left side of the window pane:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > System > CurrentControlSet > Services > NetBT > ParametersDouble-click 'TransportBindName,' and remove the information under 'Value data.' Click 'OK.'
6. Navigate the following registry path on the left pane:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software >Microsoft > OLEDouble-click 'EnableDCOM,' and change the 'Value Data' from 'Y' to 'N.' Click 'OK.'
7. Restart your computer. Make sure that the Win32 error no longer appears.
