How to System Restore a Netbook

1. Power on the netbook and log into the Windows operating system using an administrator username and password. After you log in, click the Windows 'Start' button. Type 'system restore' to start the wizard and press 'Enter.'
2. Click 'Choose a Different Restore Point' on the first wizard window. This option lets you choose a date in time to when you want to roll back the changes. Click 'Next' to move to the next option window.

3. Click a restore point to which you want to roll back your netbook changes. Each restore point is listed with a date and time. After you make your choice, click 'Next.'
4. Click 'Finish' to apply the system restore. Overwriting the registry settings only takes a few seconds. After the system restore completes, reboot your computer to complete the changes.
