1. Since DocumentViewer.msi comes with the installation disk, the easiest fix is to reinstall the software. However, before reinstalling the software, you will need to uninstall the current version. On the start menu, click 'Control Panel.' Under 'Programs,' click 'Uninstall a Program.' Find Document Viewer in the list and click 'Uninstall.'
2. If you are unable to uninstall Document Viewer, use Microsoft's Cleanup Utility to remove the files. Click the Start button and type 'Disk Cleanup' in the search box. Click 'Disk Cleanup' in the list of results. Click the hard disk drive that you want to clean up -- most likely 'C:' -- and then click 'OK.' On the Disk Cleanup tab in the dialog box, select the check box next to Document Viewer and click 'OK.' Then click 'Delete Files.'

3. Reinstall the software using the All-in-One CD. Insert the disk into your CD/DVD drive. If the installation process does not start automatically, open an Explorer window and locate the 'Setup' file. Double-click the icon to start installation. Follow the prompts to reinstall Document Viewer.
