How to Disable the Windows Digital Certificate Prompt

1. Open Internet Explorer and click the 'Tools' menu item. In the list of items, click 'Internet Options.' This opens your Internet Explorer properties window.
2. Click the 'Security' tab to open security options. Within this window, click the 'Custom Level' to open more advanced security options.

3. Ensure that 'Run ActiveX and plug-ins' is checked. Select 'Enabled' for 'Download Signed ActiveX Control' and 'Script ActiveX controls marked as safe for scripting.'
4. Enable 'Download unsigned ActiveX Control' and 'Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe.' Click the 'OK' button to save your settings.
5. Restart Internet Explorer. Navigate to the website, and you no longer receive the warning.
