Delete Temporary Files
1. Make sure any browser windows are closed.
2. Open the 'Start' menu, then select 'Computer.'

3. Double-click on the 'C' drive, open 'Documents and Settings,' then open your user folder. Select 'Local Settings,' then enter the 'Temp' folder and delete all of the files.
4. Restart the system.
Register Urlmon.dll
5. Open the 'Start' menu, then select 'Run.'
6. Type 'Regsvr32 urlmon.dll,' and then click 'OK.'
7. Click 'OK' on the 'DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded'message.
Register Internet Explorer Problems
8. Enter the 'Start' menu.
9. Click on 'Run,' then type 'CMD' into the box and select 'OK.'

11. Type 'Exit' and press 'Enter' on your keyboard to exit the Command Window.
12. Restart your computer
Disable Third-Party Browser Extensions
13. Download Java from the link in the 'Resources' section of this article.
14. Close any Internet Explorer windows.
15. Open the 'Start' menu, click on 'Control Panel' and then select 'Internet Options.'
16. Click on the 'Advanced' tab in the Internet Options window.
17. Scroll down using the arrows on the right side and locate 'Enable Third-Party Browser Extensions.'
18. Click on the check box to the left of this to remove the tick, then select 'OK.'
19. Restart the computer

20. Enter the 'Start' menu and select 'Internet Explorer.'
21. Click on 'Tools,' then 'Options' and then the 'Advanced Tab.'
22. Click 'Disable Script Debugging,' and select 'OK' to restart the computer.
Reinstall Internet Explorer
23. Enter the 'Start' menu and select 'Control Panel.'
24. Open 'Programs,' then choose 'Uninstall a Program.'
25. Click on 'View Installed Updates.'
26. Double-click on your Internet Explorer. Wait for it to uninstall.
27. Download Internet Explorer from the link in the 'Resources' section of this article.
28. Follow the instructions to install the browser.
29. Restart your computer.
