How to Fix a 2738 Internal Install Error

1. Click the 'Start' button located in the lower-left corner of the computer's desktop.
2. Click on 'All Programs,' 'Accessories' and 'Command Prompt.'

3. Type the the following into the command prompt box: 'regsvr32 vbscript.dll.' Enter it without the quotes and period at the end. Visual Basic (VB) scripts will register for your computer.
4. Type the following into the command prompt box: 'regsvr32 jscript.dll.' Put it in without the the quotes and the period at the end. Javascripts will now be registered for your computer.
5. Close the command prompt box when you are finished. Choose to start Windows when prompted to do so in the new dialog box. The error is now fixed and you can install Microsoft Streets and Trips without issue.
