Reinstalling Your ACM Driver
1. Log in to your computer as an administrator from the 'Welcome' screen when you turn your computer on.
2. Click on your 'Start' menu and then right-click on the 'My Computer' icon. Click the 'Manage' button in the menu and then click on the 'Device Manager' icon under the 'System Tools' icon.

3. Click on the ' ' sign in the 'Sound, video and game controllers' section. Right-click your 'ACM' driver and then click the 'Uninstall' tab in the menu that appears.
4. Click the 'OK' button in the window that follows and then click the 'Restart' button when you are prompted.
5. Wait for the computer to restart. As the computer reboots, it will reinstall your driver for you automatically.
Upgrading Your ACM Driver
6. Log in to your computer as an administrator from the 'Welcome' screen when you turn your computer on. Connect your computer to the Internet through a wireless network or an Ethernet cable.
7. Click on your 'Start' menu and then right-click on the 'My Computer' icon. Click the 'Manage' button in the menu and then click on the 'Device Manager' icon under the 'System Tools' icon.
8. Click on the ' ' sign in the 'Sound, video and game controllers' section. Right-click your 'ACM' driver and then click the 'Upgrade Driver' tab in the menu that appears.
9. Wait for the system to scan the Internet for an updated ACM driver. Click on the ACM driver when it appears in the software window. Click 'Install Update.'
10. Restart your computer when the install has finished for the update to take effect.
Roll Back Your ACM Driver
11. Log in to your computer as an administrator from the 'Welcome' screen when you turn your computer on.
12. Click on your 'Start' menu and then right-click on the 'My Computer' icon. Click the 'Manage' button in the menu and then click on the 'Device Manager' icon under the 'System Tools' icon.
13. Click on the ' ' sign in the 'Sound, video and game controllers' section. Right-click your 'ACM' driver and then click the 'Properties' tab in the menu that appears.
14. Click the 'Roll Back Driver' option. Click the 'Yes' button and then click the 'Close' button.
15. Restart your system when you are prompted.
