1. Go to the official Microsoft website, and download the latest version of Windows Live Photo Gallery (see Resources). Save the file to your Microsoft Windows Desktop.
2. Double-click on the installation setup file. Click 'Choose the programs you want to install.'

3. Deselect all programs in the 'These programs will be installed' section except Photo Gallery. Click 'Install.' Wait for the process to complete.
4. Click on the Windows 'Start' button, click 'All Programs,' and click on 'Windows Live Photo Gallery' to launch the program and confirm that all issues have been resolved.
