1. Launch Internet Explorer from the Start menu.
2. Click on 'Tools' and select 'Internet Options.'
3. Click on the 'Advanced' tab. Scroll down through the list of checkboxes until you find the subheading 'Browsing.'
4. Click to place a check mark next to 'Disable Script debugging (Internet Explorer).'
5. Click to place a check mark next to 'Disable Script debugging (Other).'
6. Scroll down until you find the subheading 'Security.'
7. Clear the check marks next to 'Check for publisher's certificate revocation' and 'Check for server certificate revocation.'
8. Click on 'Apply' and select 'OK' to close the window. Relaunch Internet Explorer.
