Change Internet Explorer Settings
1. Bookmark the page that you plan to print so you can find it again easily once the error is fixed.
2. Click on 'Tools,' found on the top of the Internet Explorer page, and then choose 'Internet Options.' A dialog box will open.

3. Click on the 'Advanced' tab at the top of the dialog box.
4. Click the option boxes next to 'Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer)' and 'Disable script debugging (other).'
5. Click the 'Apply' button at the bottom of the dialog box, and then click 'OK.' This will close the box.
6. Shut down the Internet Explorer page by clicking on the 'X' button located in the top right corner of the page.
7. Double-click on the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop to reopen Internet Explorer. Navigate back to the page you bookmarked and try printing again.
Windows Update
8. Run Windows Update by opening Internet Explorer and clicking on the 'Safety' option that is found at the top of the program page.
9. Select the option labeled 'Windows Update.'
10. Click on the 'Express' tab in the update page to search for the recommended Windows updates.
11. Click the 'Install Updates' button to download and install all recommended updates. This will install the latest changes to Windows on your computer, one of which may solve the script error.
Reinstall Printer Drivers
12. Reinstall the driver for your printer by inserting the printer installation CD into your computer's CD/DVD drive.
13. Click either the 'Repair' or 'Reinstall' option in the menu that appears once the driver loads.
14. Restart your computer after the reinstallation is complete. Your script error should be fixed.
