1. Visit the Microsoft Windows homepage (see Resources) and scroll down to the 'Help How-to' section, located on the right side of the page. Click on a Windows version to launch the Windows Solution Center for that particular version of Windows.
2. Select a general support category from the sidebar on the left side of the Windows Solution Center page. Position the mouse cursor over a topic on the left side of the page to view the top issues for that category. Click on an issue to visit a webpage that will help diagnose and troubleshoot the problems online.

3. Select a link on the right side of the page under 'Other Support Options' to explore additional help measures. Click the 'Microsoft Fix It Solutions' link to have the Microsoft Fix It tool automatically find and fix the Windows errors online. Scroll down the page and select a problem to launch the Fix It tool and have it automatically fix the error if possible.
