1. Put your Windows 7 installation disc into your computer's optical drive and start the computer.
2. Press any key on the keyboard, when prompted, to start the repair. Choose your language and then choose your time from the menu. Choose your currency and then choose the kind of keyboard you are using. Click 'Next.'

3. Click the 'Repair' button to start the repair on your system. Click 'Next.'
4. Click on the 'Command Prompt' option in the 'System Recovery Options' menu on the screen. Type 'bootrec.exe' and press 'Enter' when you are in the command prompt.
5. Type '/FixBoot' when prompted and then press the 'Enter' key. Wait for the computer to fix your boot files and restart automatically.
