1. Click 'Start' and 'Run.'
2. Open the registry editor by typing 'regedit' into the run dialog box and pressing 'Enter.'

3. Navigate to the 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\Components' key in the registry editor by clicking the plus button to the left of each registry key folder and clicking the 'Components' folder.
4. Right-click the 'DeskHtmlVersion' setting in the right pane of the registry editor window and click 'Modify.'
5. Type '0' into the 'Value Data' box and press 'Enter.'
6. Close the registry editor by clicking 'File' and 'Exit.'
7. Restart your computer by clicking 'Start,' 'Shut Down' and 'Restart.'
