1. Restart your computer.
2. Press and hold 'F8' key while your computer starts booting. Highlight 'Safe Mode With Networking.' Press the 'Enter' key.

3. Click the Start menu. Type 'Run' in the search bar.
4. Type 'regedit' and hit 'Enter' key to open Windows Registry Editor.
5. Navigate to 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentVersion/Winlogon/Notify.'
6. Right-click 'WGALogon' in the right panel and select 'Delete.'
7. Close Windows Registry. Reboot your computer.
