1. Click 'Start,' 'Run,' type 'regedit,' and press 'Enter.'
2. Open the folders in the following order: 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE,' 'Software,' 'Microsoft,' 'Internet Explorer,' 'Main,' 'FeatureControl,' 'FEATURE_HTTP_USERNAME_PASSWORD_DISABLE.'

3. Right-click in the right-hand window and select 'New DWORD.' Name this 'iexplore.exe' and enter a value of '0.'
4. Right-click once again in the right-hand window and select 'New DWORD.' Name this 'explorer.exe' and enter a value of '0.'
