1. Right-click on 'My Computer' and choose 'Explore' to open Windows Explorer. Go to the 'Documents and Settings' folder and select 'All Users.'
2. Click the 'Tools' menu and choose 'Folder Options' from the list. Select the 'View' tab and make sure 'Show hidden files and folders' is selected.

3. Go back to Windows Explorer and right-click on the 'Application Data' folder. Choose 'Properties' from the list.
4. Select the 'Security' tab and highlight the 'Administrators' group. Check the 'Allow Full Control' check box.
5. Click the 'Advanced' button and make sure the 'Replace permissions' check box is checked. Click 'OK' to accept your choices.
