1. Open the Start menu and type 'gpedit.msc' into the Search bar. Press 'Enter.'
2. Click the triangle icon next to 'Computer Configuration', then 'Administrative Templates' followed by 'Systems', then 'Internet Communication Management', then 'Internet Communication Settings' on the left pane of the window.

3. Double-click 'Turn off Windows Error Reporting' on the right pane of the window.
4. Click 'Enabled' and then click 'OK.' Windows will no longer perform error reports.
