How to Resolve the 'Error on Page' Message

1. Open Internet Explorer. Select 'Tools' from the menu and click 'Internet Options.'
2. Click the 'Security' tab, and click 'Default Level.'

3. Click 'OK' to continue.
4. Download the latest version of 'Java Virtual Machine' from the Java website (see link in Resources).
5. Install the 'Java Virtual Machine' software, following the installation instructions that will launch automatically after you download it.
6. Restart Internet Explorer.
7. Click the 'Advanced' tab. Under Browsing, clear the box that states 'Enable third-party browser extensions.' Restart the computer.
8. Open Internet Explorer. Select the 'Tools' menu, and click on 'Internet Options.'
9. Click the 'Advanced' tab and select 'Disable Script Debugging' in the Internet Options properties.
