How to Install Verizon Error 1720

1. Click the Start menu and select 'Control Panel.' Click 'User Accounts and Family Safety.' Click 'User Accounts.'
2. Click to choose the option 'Turn User Account Control on or off.'

3. Type admin username and password if/when prompted. Next, click 'Continue.'
4. Click to remove the check next to 'Use User Account Control (UAC).' Click 'OK.'
5. Reboot your computer and re-attempt to install VZAccess Manager.
6. Disable Windows Firewall during the installation. Firewall may hinder the VZAccess Manager installation process. To disable the firewall temporarily, click the Start menu and type 'Windows Firewall' (without quotes) in the Search bar. Click to launch 'Windows Firewall.' Click 'Turn Windows Firewall on or off' in the left pane. Choose 'Off (not recommeded).' Click 'Apply' and then 'OK.'
7. Attempt to reinstall VZAccess Manager. You will not see any more error messages.
