Reset Internet Explorer
1. Press the 'Windows' key and the 'R' key simultaneously.
2. Type 'Inetcpl.cpl' and press 'Enter.'

3. Click the 'Advanced' tab.
4. Click the 'Reset' button and then 'OK.'
Delete Java
5. Press the 'Windows' key and the 'R' key simultaneously.
6. Type 'Appwiz.cpl' and press 'Enter.'
7. Scroll down and select to remove 'Java.' You may have multiple choices listed; remove all of them. In Windows Vista or 7, you can double-click to remove. In Windows XP, click the 'Remove' button.
8. Press 'OK' on the uninstall confirmation screen.
9. Reboot your computer.
Reinstall Java
10. Download an updated copy of Java.
11. Click 'Run.'
12. Click 'Install' on the 'Welcome to Java' screen.
13. Click 'Next,' and once you're notified that the installation has completed, click 'Close.'
14. Restart your computer.
