1. Go to the 'Start' menu by clicking on the blue circle in the bottom left corner.
2. Click 'Computer' at the top of the screen on the right. Right-click the storage device with the error, and select 'Properties.'

3. Move to the Tools tab, and click 'Check now.'
4. Click 'Start' at the bottom of the screen to scan the drive using the factory settings to fix the errors.
