Windows Updates Method
1. Click the 'Start' button on the lower-left side of the screen and right-click the 'My Computer' option on the Start menu. Choose 'Properties.'
2. In the Properties window, select the 'Automatic Updates' tab and click the 'Turn off automatic updates' option. Reboot the computer.

3. Go to the Windows Update site and select the 'Express' option. After installation is complete, access the Properties window and select to turn automatic updates back on.
Registry Editor Method
4. Click the Start button and select the 'Run' option. Type 'regedit' in the Run window.
5. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Browser\Parameters.
6. Locate 'IsDomainMaster' and double-click it. Set its value to 'False.' Reboot the computer
