1. Redownload the installation file (if it was an online file). Save the install file to the same directory as the current file and select 'Yes' when asked if you wish to overwrite.
2. Click 'Start,' 'Control Panel,' and click 'Windows Firewall.'

3. Click 'Turn Windows Firewall On and Off.' Select 'Off' and click 'Apply.'
4. Double click the Installer file again to repeat the installation, obviating the NSIS error.
