1. Click 'Start', 'Programs', 'Accessories', 'System Tools', and click 'System Restore'.
2. Click 'Restore my computer'.
3. Select a restore point before Explorer became broken.
4. Press 'Next' to restore the computer, refreshing the Explorer files.
