1. Click 'Start' and type 'CMD' in the search box. Press the 'Ctrl,' 'Shift' and 'Enter' keys simultaneously. This action opens a Windows Command Prompt with administrative privileges.
2. Click 'Yes' on the permission dialog screen and the Windows Command Prompt opens. You should also see 'Administrator' at the top of the window.
3. Type 'netsh winsock reset' next to 'C:\Windows\System32' and press the 'Enter' key.
4. Restart your computer after you see the message 'Successfully reset the Winsock Catalog.'
