1. Boot the computer and wait for the Acer logo to show up. Then immediately press the 'Alt' and 'F10' buttons at the same time.
2. Enter the recovery module. This utility will allow you to perform disk repairs through the Windows automatic recovery system.

3. Select the most recent date from the recovery list, and then press 'Enter.' The computer will revert your operating system to its condition on the date of the restore point. If you still see disk errors, repeat the process and restore to an earlier date.
