1. Click 'Start' and click 'All Programs.' Open Windows Media Player.
2. Click the 'Tools' option and click 'Options.'
3. Click the 'Devices' tab. Double-click the letter corresponding to your CD-ROM.
4. Place a check by the 'Use Error Correction' option.
5. Click 'Apply' and click 'OK.'
