Uninstall Dial-Up Networking
1. Open the Windows Control Panel by clicking 'Start,' 'Settings,' then 'Control Panel.'
2. Double-click 'Add/Remove Programs' in the Control Panel window.

3. Click 'Windows Setup' in the Add/Remove Programs window, then click 'Communications.'
4. Uninstall Dial-Up Networking and Vnetbios.vxd by clicking 'Details,' then clearing the 'Dial-Up Networking' box by clicking it.
5. Apply the changes by clicking 'Close,' 'OK,' then 'Apply.'
6. Restart Windows by clicking 'OK' when prompted.
Reinstall Dial-Up Networking
7. Open the Windows Control Panel by clicking 'Start,' 'Settings,' then 'Control Panel.'
8. Double-click 'Add/Remove Programs' in the Control Panel window.
9. Click 'Windows Setup' in the Add/Remove Programs window, then click 'Communications.'
10. Reinstall Dial-Up Networking and Vnetbios.vxd by clicking 'Details,' then selecting the 'Dial-Up Networking' check box by clicking it.
11. Apply the changes by clicking 'Close,' then 'OK.'
12. Restart Windows if prompted by clicking 'OK.'
