1. Click on the Windows 'Start' button, click on 'All Programs,' then click on the 'Internet Explorer' shortcut icon. This will launch the Internet Explorer web browser.
2. Click on the 'Tools' menu, then click on 'Options.' This will open the Internet Options Control Panel application.
3. Click on 'Advanced' and uncheck 'Do not save encrypted pages to disk.' Click on 'OK' to save the settings.
4. Close and restart Internet Explorer.
