Clear Temporary Internet Files
1. Launch Internet Explorer and press “Alt” if menu items are not visible above the address bar. Click “Tools” then “Internet Options.” Click the “Delete” button in the “Browsing History” section. Click to select the “Temporary Internet files” check box. Click to clear the remaining check boxes. Click the “Delete” button. Click the “OK” button.
2. Start Mozilla Firefox and press “Ctrl-Shift-Del.' Click to select the “Cache” check box. Click to clear the remaining check boxes. Click the “Clear Private Data Now” or “Clear Now” button.

3. Open the Safari Web browser and press the “Alt” key so the menu items are viewable. Click the “Edit” menu. Click “Empty Cache” and click “Empty.”
4. Restart the Web browser. Connect to Yahoo! Mail and verify that errors no longer appear.

5. Open Internet Explorer and press “Alt” key if menu items are not listed above the address bar. Click the “Tools” menu and then click the “Advanced” tab. Click to clear the “Delete personal settings” check box. Click “Reset” in the “Reset Internet Explorer Settings” box. Click “Close” and click “OK.” Restart Internet Explorer.
6. Open the Safari Web browser and click the “Gear” icon on the right side of the Web browser window. Click the “Reset” button in the window that appears. Restart Safari.
7. Click the Windows “Start” button, then type “firefox –safe-mode” in the “Search” box and press “Enter.” Click to select the “Disable all add-ons,” “Reset toolbars and controls,” and “Reset all user preferences to Firefox defaults.” Click the “Make Changes and Restart” button.
8. Launch your Web browser and connect to Yahoo! Mail. Verify that errors no longer appear.

1. Click on the 'Start' button at the bottom of the desktop to open the Start menu.
2. Move to the 'Run' option in the Start menu. Click on 'Run' to open the Run text box.

3. Type 'regedit' in the Run text box and hit the enter key to open the Registry Editor.
4. Navigate to the top of the tree menu on the left side of the screen. Click the ' ' sign next to 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. Continue clicking the plus signs next to 'SOFTWARE,' 'Microsoft,' Microsoft Games,' 'Flight Simulator' and '9.0.' Each time you click to open a folder (plus sign) a new list of folder will become available. Move to the next section and click the plus sign again.
5. Select the 'EXE Path' from the pane on the right side of the window and right click on your mouse. EXE Path sits inside the final folder opened in the last step, '9.0.'
6. Choose Modify from the options that appear next to the cursor.
7. Move to the 'Value Data' text box and delete the information in the box. Move to the end of the data and press the backspace button on your keyboard until all information is gone. Click 'OK' to continue.
8. Close the registry editor.
9. Open the Microsoft support page for this error in your computer browser (see 'References').
10. Download the file in step 3 of the 'Update Error Type: 25'on the page to your computer desktop. Click on the file and then the 'Download' button. Close the computer browser once download is complete.
11. Locate file 'Fs91upd.exe' on the desktop. Double-click on the file to begin installation. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the repair.

Capturing a Blue Screen that Occurs While the System is Running
1. Right click the 'My Computer' icon on the desktop and click 'Properties.' If this icon is not displayed on the desktop, click the 'Start' button, then right click the 'My Computer' icon on the 'Start' menu.Note: If the blue screen error prevents the computer from booting fully into Windows, skip to Section 2.
2. Click the 'Advanced' tab, then click the 'Settings' button under 'Startup and Recovery.'

3. Remove the check from the box labeled 'Automatically restart,' located under 'System failure.'
4. Click 'OK' to close each open window. If a system failure occurs, the blue screen error will be displayed until you manually restart the computer, giving you an opportunity to record the error message.

5. Tap the F8 key while the computer starts up. This displays the 'Advanced Boot Options' screen.
6. Use the down arrow key to select 'Disable automatic restart on system failure.'
7. Press 'Enter.' The computer will restart, pausing if a blue screen error is displayed and giving you sufficient time to record the error message.

1. Refresh the page that failed to load. If the page reloads, you just had a momentary lapse in service that happens with most providers. Between each following step, try refreshing the page to see if the problem is resolved.
2. Check the page address you typed into the address bar to make sure it is spelled right. An error in the URL address could cause this error message.

3. Go to your connection settings and make sure the settings match those of your Internet service provider or local area network. Do this by clicking on Tools on the toolbar, then Internet Options. Under the Connections tab, click Settings.
4. Click the 'Detect Network Settings' link on the Internet Explorer page accompanying the error message to let Windows try and find an optimum connection.
5. Download DNS error fix software off the Internet if no other option works (see Resources). The software is free on some websites and should be able to identify the problem and correct it.

1. Right-click 'My Computer,' and then click 'Manage.' Double-click 'Services and Applications,' and then click 'Services.' In the right pane, right-click 'Windows Event Viewer,' and then click 'Stop.' This disables the Event Viewer service.
2. Restart your computer.

3. Search for the log file you want to fix (Application.evt, Security.evt, or System.evt), in your Windows folder, and then rename it to [filename].old.
4. Right-click 'My Computer,' and then click 'Manage.' Double-click 'Services and Applications,' and then click 'Services.' In the right pane, right-click 'Windows Event Viewer,' and then click 'Start.' This enables the Event Viewer service and creates a new log file.
5. Restart your computer. Event Viewer will begin to log events in the new log file.

1. Click 'Start' on the desktop and then select 'Find,' followed by 'Files and Folders.'
2. Type '.pwl' in the name box; then select 'Find Now.' These are password files.

3. Delete all .pwl files that are detected.
4. Click 'Close' and then restart the computer. When the computer restarts, the passwords will be re-created, correcting the error.

2. Press and hold 'F8' key while your computer starts booting. Highlight 'Safe Mode With Networking.' Press the 'Enter' key.

3. Click the Start menu. Type 'Run' in the search bar.
4. Type 'regedit' and hit 'Enter' key to open Windows Registry Editor.
5. Navigate to 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentVersion/Winlogon/Notify.'
6. Right-click 'WGALogon' in the right panel and select 'Delete.'
7. Close Windows Registry. Reboot your computer.

1. Log into the Domain controller either in console or via RDP
2. Download DcDiag.exe from microsoft if you do not have the Windows 2000 support tools installed. You can find it at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=23870A87-8422-408C-9375-2D9AAF939FA3displaylang=enYou can download it and extract it to anywhere you like.

3. Open a command window (Start menu -> Run -> Type 'cmd' with out quotes and hit enter/click ok), now change directory to where the executable is located.

Type 'ipconfig /flushdns', then 'ipconfig /registerdns' (with out the quotes) to flush out the DNS resolver cache and register the DNS source records, respectively.Some people like to clear the ARP cache as well, you can do this by typing 'arp -d *' at the command prompt with out quotes. This part is optional.
5. At the prompt type in dcdiag /fixRead through the output. You will most likely have the following text somewhere in your output:Server GUID DNS name could not be resovled to an ipaddress.
Althought GUID could not be resolved, the server name resolved to the ip address x.x.x.x and was pingable
6. Still at the command prompt, type 'dcdiag /fix', then 'net stop netlogon' and 'net start netlogon' (again with out the quotes) to finalize the changes.Run dcdiag one more time to make sure the domain controller's DNS is working. You should no longer get the error mentioned in step 5. Some other NIC related errors may show up, but you can dismiss those for the most part it wont affect your installation (you couldnt get this far if there were serious NIC problems)
7. You should now be able to add member computers to your new domain and add domain controllers.

1. Reboot your computer and run the program again, if the error was the result of using a specific program. Sometimes a restart can fix the problem.
2. Note the name and location of the DLL, if you still have the error after reboot. Search for the DLL in question on DLL-Files.com, and download it. Save the file in the location mentioned in the error message, and try again.

3. Download an anti-spyware program, if you don't already have one, and use it. RUNDLL errors are often caused by the dastardly tricks of malevolent software, and merely fixing the one at hand won't prevent future errors. If spyware is the cause of the error, anti-spyware software will take out the perpetrator.

1. Click on the 'Start' button and then enter 'regedit' into the 'Search' text box. Press the 'Enter' key on your keyboard and the Registry Editor window will appear.
2. Click on the 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE' folder from the right side of the window. Click on the 'SYSTEM' folder.

3. Click on 'CurrentControlSet' folder and the click on the 'Control' folder. Click on the 'Class' folder and then click on the '4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318' folder.
4. Right-click on the 'Upperfilters' entry and then click on the 'Delete' option. Right-click on the 'Lowerfilters' entry and then click on the 'Delete' option.
5. Close out of the Registry Editor window and restart your computer. The error code 19 will no longer appear.
